International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations via USPS and DHL Express.

International orders may be subject to additional fees depending on the destination country.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Delays

While we work to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier issues or weather conditions.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. We recommend shipping to a secure location when possible.
